Our new Chef has brought his award winning BBQ to SmithHouse (Bronze Medal in the Memphis in May National Competition) To provide the perfect accompaniment, he also redesigned the menu, concentrating on fresh and local ingredients to create an exciting array of dishes designed to share amongst family and friends.
